MDBI is a main distribution board
for indoor purposes, which it unit can connect by assembling a
single unit into serveral unit upon the requirement. It has a
strength structure and base which it is made
of 3.0 mm. steel thickness. The structure of each unit is
independent and can support the heavy weight of an electrical
equipment and busbar. Moreover, the side panel provide with a
ventilation hole both on the top and bottom of the panel. A
ventilation fan is an option to help reduce the temperature
inside the enclosure.
It also provide with the partition and door panel which made of
1.5 mm. steel thickness. There is also a cable gland plate for
both top and bottom of the enclosure for easy manage a cable in
or out.
The door panel provide with TAMCO zinc alloy housing lock and
painted in RAL7032
ตู้ MDBI เป็นตู้สำหรับจ่ายกระแสไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร
ซึ่งแต่ละตู้สามารถนำมาประกอบต่อกัน
เป็นตู้ขนาดใหญ่ได้ตามความต้องการ
ตัวตู้มีความแข็งแรงด้วยโครงสร้าง
และฐานตู้ที่ผลิตจากเหล็กแผ่นที่มีความหนา
3.0 มิลลิเมตร ซึ่งทำให้โครงสร้างที่เป็นอิสระของตู้แต่ละใบ
สามารถรองรับน้ำหนักของบัสบาร์และอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่มีน้ำหนักมากได้
สะดวกในการขนย้าย เพราะสามารถถอดแยกตัวตู้ออกเป็นตอนๆ ได้
อีกทั้งฝาด้านข้างของตัวตู้ยังมีการเจาะช่่องระบายอากาศ
เพื่อช่วยในการถ่ายเทความร้อน
ภายในตัวตู้ได้ และยังสามารถติดพัดลมระบายอากาศเพิ่มเติม
เพื่อเป็นการช่วยลดอุณหภูมิภายในตัวตู้ได้
สำหรับประตูและฝาด้านข้าง ผลิตด้วยเหล็กแผ่นที่มีความหนา 1.5
มิลลิเมตร และยังมีแผ่นปิดช่องเข้าสายไฟบริเวณด้านบนและด้านล่าง
เพื่อง่ายต่อการร้อยสายไฟเข้าหรือออก
และประตูตู้มีระบบล็อคด้วยกุญแจที่ออกแบบมาเป็นพิเศษ
